The start of our second session will include Mindset training, designed to help your wrestler think differently about their next match.

The experience of our coaching staff is unmatched. With NAIA National Champions, NJCAA National Champions, NCAA D2 All Americans, NAIA All Americans, State Champions, State Placers, and even High School All Americans, we have a coaching staff from many different backgrounds and experiences. This was our first time doing a camp with Life U but will definitely not be our last. Coaches were very motivational and very hands on with all of the wrestlers. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how much she loved this camp and couldn't wait to go to the next one.

The wrestling camp at Life University really improved my son's skills and confidence. Highly recommend for parents of all wrestlers!My nephew is a Life U wrestling team alumni and because of this, we’ve been aware of the strong wrestling program at this school for many years. My 16 year old son has attended several Life U camps over the last 4 years. The last camp he attended was the individual camp held this June and it was amazing. Great instructors with huge positive attitudes and the love for the sport was present in everything they taught. The level of communication before camp was wonderful.
